Barley Mushroom Soup (Vegan) Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
3 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
5 cup water
1/2 cup barley
4 tsp vegtable broth powder
1/8 tsp garlic powder


Directions

Put vegtables in a large soup pot with a little water and cook for 5
min stirring frequently. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a
boil. Cover & reduce heat to low & simmer 1 hour. Nutrition (per

The introduction of these new culinary ideas led to an eruption in books on cooking, most of which are now in private cookery archives.

The arrival of television brings us TV cooks and the demand for the accompanying recipe books.
