Absolutely Delicious Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup sugar
1 tbsp vanilla
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
8 oz cool whip
2 graham
2 can cherry pie filling
1 pie crusts


Directions

Mix sugar, vanilla and cream cheese together. Stir in sour cream,
then mix it slowly in blender. Add the Cool Whip. Spread the cheese
mixture evenly in graham pie crusts, thenspread pie filling on top.
Chill approximately 2 hours before serving.

The History of Recipes

Over the following few hundred years, the powerful and wealthy tried to serve the most exotic banquets, and consequentially cooks and their recipe collections were at a premium. Notwithstanding that, it wasn`t until the nineteenth century that fine cooking and cookery books reached a high level of popularity. The Famous Mrs Beeton in the UK, and Fannie Merritt Farmer in the US, dedicated the best years of their lives to collating, testing, and recording recipes to allow everyone to enjoy them.

By the arrival of the 20th century, cookbooks are increasing in popularity mostly due to better eduction, more spare time and having more money to spend.
