Banana Oat Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup nonfat milk
1 package instant oatmeal, regular flavor
1 whole banana, cut in chunks
1 cup orange juice


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Cover and blend on high speed
for 1 min.

Yield: two 8 oz servings
