Ingredients

Directions

1 c miniature marshmallows
1/3 c chocolate chips
1 stick diet margarine
9 c Wheat Chex cereal
1/2 c powdered sugar
1/2 c raisins

Melt margarine, marshmallows, raisins and chocolate chips. Pour
mixture over cereal and toss. Put mixture into paper bag and add
powdered sugar. Shake until all cereal is covered.

Even so, it was during the 1800s that cooking and recipe collections rose to prominence. The Famous Mrs Beeton in the UK, and the equally famous Fannie Farmer in the US, devoted much of their lives to collecting, testing, and writing down recipes for their fellow cooks to enjoy.

The introduction of the TV brings us TV cooks and the demand for the accompanying recipe books.

And that brings us to the present day and the internet revolution, allowing everyone to access massive numbers of recipes such as those found on this site.
