Cinnamon Chocolate Chip Drops Recipe

Ingredients

3 cup basic cookie mix
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup milk
1 egg -- lightly beaten
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate mini*
3/4 cup nuts -- chopped


Directions

* Hershey's mini chips Combine all ingredients except Mini Chips
and nuts, in a large bowl. Stir in Mini Chips and nuts. Drop by
teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 F. for 10 to 12
minutes. Remove from cookie sheet; cool on a wire rack. About 3 dozen.

For the centuries that followed, the upper-class families of Europe competed to lay on the most exotic meals, and as a result the best chefs and their collection of recipes could command a high salary. Even so, it wasn`t until the nineteenth century the formal cooking and recipe publications became popular. The Famous Mrs Beeton in the UK, and the equally famous Fannie Merritt Farmer in the US, dedicated years of their lives to collecting, testing, and publishing recipes for their fellow cooks to enjoy.

The introduction of the TV brings us TV cooks and the recipe books that accompanied them.

Which brings us neatly up to date and the invention of the internet, allowing us all to search through massive numbers of recipes like the ones you can find on this site.
