1 each lipton onion recipe
1 each sour cream
1/2 cup grated cheese
1 cup plain yogurt
2 tsp pickle relish
1 tsp worcestershire sauce


Directions

Combine ingredients. Makes 2 cups dip Cheesy Onion Dip with cheese

The History of Recipes

Nevertheless, it was during the 1800s that fine cooking and recipe publications reached a high level of popularity. Mrs Isabella Beeton in the UK, and the equally famous Fannie Merritt Farmer in the USA, dedicated years of their lives to collecting, testing, and publishing recipes to allow everyone to enjoy them.

By the time we get to the twentieth century, cookbooks were starting to become popular due to higher levels of literacy, people having increased spare time and having more disposable income.
