Chicken Riganato Recipe


Ingredients

1 mary sue day
2 1/2 lb fryer
1 tsp oregano
1 salt & pepper to taste
1 cup water
1 juice of 2 lemons
1 garlic clove -- - minced
1/2 block butter
2 tbsp olive oil
1 (rbck34e)


Directions

Rub chicken w/juice of 1 lemon, salt & pepper. Mix remaining lemon
juice w/oregano, garlic, & additional salt & pepper, & rub cavity of
chicken. Place in pan w/butter & water, and brush w/oil Bake in oven
450F. until golden brown; lower heat to 350F. Bake for 30 min,
basting and turning frequently. Variation: Omit butter. Season
chicken as directed above. Place in roasting pan w/1c. water. Mix
together 1/2c. olive oil & 2T. tomato paste; pour over chicken and
bake.

Like it or not, the introduction of television brought us cooking programs and the demand for the spin-off recipe books.

Which brings us neatly to the present day and the invention of the internet, allowing us all to search through massive numbers of recipes like those on our web site.
