Directions

3 TB paprika
2 ts finely crushed oregano
1 ts ground cumin
1 ts ground turmeric
1 ts garlic powder
1/4 ts cayenne pepper

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly and use in place of chili
powder. Makes 4 tablespoons. Contains no salt as does bought chili
powder.
