Peppered Cheddar Dip Recipe


Ingredients

1 1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
3 tbsp minced green pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp red pepper sauce
1 tbsp milk


Directions

Blend all ingredients. If necessary, add another tbs of milk to make
a good dipping consistency. Cover, refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Makes 2 cups Spicy as a Southwestern favorite should be. Serve hot
with corn chips.

By the advent of the twentieth century, cookbooks are in high demand, due to better eduction, people having more spare time and having more money to spend.
