Potato Pot Pie Recipe


Ingredients

8 oz mushroooms, sliced
1 1/2 cup dressing, miracle whip
2 tbsp dressing, miracle whip
2 cup chicken or turkey, cooked,
1 chopped
10 oz vegetables, mixed, frozen,
1 thawed and drained
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup flour
1 1/4 cup milk
1 tsp basil, leaves, dried
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 1/2 cup cheese, cheddar, shredded
2 cup potatoes, mashed, hot


Directions

Cook mushrooms and onions in 2 tb dressing over med-high heat. Add
flour and seasonings; gradually add milk, stirring until thickened.
Stir in 1 cup dressing, turkey, vegetables and 1 cup cheese; cook 5
minutes. spoon mixture into 1 1/2 quart cassrole. Stir 1/2 cup
dressing into potatoes. Top casserole with potato mixture; broil
until golden. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; broil until cheese
begins to melt.

Which pretty much brings us up to date and the invention of computers and the internet, permitting everybody to access massive numbers of recipes such as those found on this recipe site.
