Honey Mustard Cocktail Sausages with Red Pepper Dip

Ingredients

  • Tivall Cocktail Sausages
  • 2 tbsp runny honey
  • 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
  • jar of roasted red peppers
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • salt, pepper and dried chili flakes

How To Cook

  1. Heat Tivall Cocktail Sausages in the microwave for one minute. Drizzle the sausages with a mixture of 2 tbsp runny honey and 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard.
  2. Return to microwave for 30 seconds. Meanwhile, in a blender blitz a jar of roasted red peppers with 4 tbsp olive oil until smooth. Add salt, pepper and dried chili flakes to taste.
