Honey Mustard Cocktail Sausages with Red Pepper Dip
Ingredients
- Tivall Cocktail Sausages
- 2 tbsp runny honey
- 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
- jar of roasted red peppers
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- salt, pepper and dried chili flakes
How To Cook
- Heat Tivall Cocktail Sausages in the microwave for one minute. Drizzle the sausages with a mixture of 2 tbsp runny honey and 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard.
- Return to microwave for 30 seconds. Meanwhile, in a blender blitz a jar of roasted red peppers with 4 tbsp olive oil until smooth. Add salt, pepper and dried chili flakes to taste.
