Mexican Tortilla Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 floured tortilla
- 2 tbsp pizza sauce
- 50g Total Greek Yoghurt Authentic
- 25g Piquante peppers or sweet chilli peppers
- 25g chargrilled artichoke hearts
- handful of rocket
- salt and pepper, to taste

How To Cook
- Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6. Place the tortilla wrap on a baking sheet and spread the tomato sauce right up to the edge.
- Sprinkle on the rocket leaves and arrange the peppers and artichoke on top. Spoon on four or five dollops of yoghurt and bake in the oven until golden brown. http://www.totalgreekyoghurt.co.uk
