    How to loss weight

    Avoid junk foods and processed foods that foods main cause of over weight problem.try to eat more green leafy vegetable and fresh fruits, that diet will help you to loss weight fast and protect you from many body illness.

    Drink plenty of water daily.water will help you loss weight fast. water help to digest the food fast and burn extra fat from the body. drink at least 6 or 7 glasses of water daily. avoid soft drinks, because that drink included with high sugar, and give us over weight problem.
