Green Bean and Mozzarella Salad
This thrown-together salad embodies all the flavours of summer
Method
- 1Place the cooked peas, beans, torn mozzarella and tomatoes in a medium-sized bowl. 
- 2Mix together the oil, zest and juice in a small bowl and season. 
- 3Pour over the salad and toss gently. Spoon onto a large salad dish, sprinkle with basil and serve with barbecued flatbreads.
