Linguine with Blue Cheese Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 red onion, peeled and chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp (or a good splash) vegetarian white wine
- 100g The Co-operative Rich and Creamy Stilton
- 8 walnut pieces, roughly chopped
- 250g linguine
- fresh green salad, to serve

How To Cook
- Fry the onion in the oil until soft, add the wine and leave to bubble. Add the cheese and walnuts and toss together.
- Bring a pan of water to the boil and cook the linguine according to the packet instructions. Drain the pasta, add the sauce and mix together. Serve with a green salad. http://www.co-operative.coop
