Roasted Veg With Mozzarella And Marmite

Ingredients
  • mediterranean veg
  • multigrain sub
  • 10g Flora
  • marmite
  • vegetarian mozzarella
  • roasted vegetable
Method
  • 1

    Roast a selection of chopped up Mediterranean veg in the oven (try peppers, red onion, courgette and aubergine). Split a multigrain sub and spread with 10g Flora and half a teaspoon of Marmite. Top one half with 25g sliced vegetarian Mozzarella and some roasted vegetables, then cover with the remaining half.
