    Veggie Bookshelf

    I'm a huge cookbook lover, especially where different international cuisines are concerned. I'm also a huge lover of Indian food.

    The article on pages 34-37 in the January edition of Cook Vegetarian on the Bradford based veggie restaurant Prashad has placed their cookbook firmly on my Christmas list for Santa.

    I looked up the reviews on Amazon.co.uk and it looks like a real winner too with rave reviews across the board. Plus there are great pics to look at, which a lot of veggie cookbooks re sadly lacking in. Supercute retro stylings on the cover too.
